Beverly L. Anderson was program director at the Education Commission of the States and is currently the executive director of InSites, a Colorado-based nonprofit organization that works through inquiry-based evaluation, planning, and research to support learning, growth, and change in formal and informal social systems. She was previously president and board member of the American Evaluation Association and a consultant for the W. K. Kellogg Foundation, the National Institutes of Health, the Centers for Disease Control, and the Center for the Study of Social Policy. She received her PhD in educational research and evaluation from the University of Colorado Boulder.
