Susan Bush-Mecenas is a postdoctoral fellow at Northwestern University’s School of Education and Social Policy. Her research examines the enactment and implementation of PreK–12 education policy, utilizing qualitative methods and drawing upon organizational theory. She received herPhD in urban education policy from the Rossier School of Education at the University of Southern California.
