Jack H. Schuster is senior research fellow and professor emeritus of education and public policy at Claremont Graduate University. He has previously been assistant director of admissions at Tulane University; legislative assistant, then administrative assistant, to Congressman John Brademas; and assistant to the chancellor and lecturer in political science at the University of California, Berkeley. Schuster also chaired the editorial board of the Journal of Higher Education and served as a member of the board of trustees at Mount St. Mary’s College, Los Angeles. Schuster received his JD from Harvard Law School and his PhD in education from the University of California, Berkeley.
