Andrea Conklin Bueschel

Andrea Conklin Bueschel serves as senior vice president for administration and chief of staff at Rutgers University. She oversees the operations of the president’s office and is also a member of the faculty in the Graduate School of Education. She has also served as associate provost for strategy and policy at Northwestern University, where she was a lecturer in the School of Education and Social Policy. She has also been associate vice president at the Spencer Foundation; research scholar at the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching; and managing director for an educational consulting firm. Conklin Bueschel received her PhD in education policy from Stanford University.
