Maria del Rosario Rivero is an education professor at the Universidad Diego Portales in Santiago, Chile. Her research focuses on developing and implementing innovations in education that ultimately impact student learning, especially for those most vulnerable. Additionally, she is interested in developing research related to the improvement of educational processes, in teacher training and subsequent work development, and in connecting research with the development and implementation of new tools, both public and private, that are a real contribution to practice classroom education. She received her PhD in education from the University of California, Berkeley.
